Ozeki Performance Monitor

The Ozeki Performance Monitor is an optional tool for Ozeki Message Server. It's main job is to monitor the activity of the Message Server and to take action if something goes wrong. This performance monitor service periodically downloads the login page of the message server through HTTP. If the message server does not respond for any reason for 4 consequtive times, it terminates the appropriate server process and restarts the message server service.
